A large number of rooms and appartments wich the owners have ,in a very beautiful way, have turned into a B and B named Colle Tiziano. Real oasis of peace at just 2 steps from Rome , with a vast availability of single rooms,double rooms and four bed rooms, the big part of them with independent access.

The rooms

Here at Colle Tiziano B and B, each room has is own bath with a spacious shower and air conditioning, TV and free WiFi. Each room has a double bed with orthopedic mattress, 3 wardrobe doors of up to and including chest of drawers; A nightstand with lamp and drawer for each bed; Command lights on the back. Gli ospiti possono ritirare e consegnare le chiavi nelle mani dell'addetto alla reception ad ogni ora del giorno.

I danni provocati dall'ospite o dagli aventi causa, alla struttura, agli accessori appartenenti ai locali assegnatigli o oltrove di qualunque natura, sono a carico dell'ospite stesso. Esso è tenuto ad avvisare la reception per le dovute verifiche e quantificazioni. La direzione si riserva il diritto di eseguire controlli prima di ogni Check Out. Il pagamento dei danni va eseguito contestualmente al check Out. Si raccomanda un uso corretto e civile dei servizi igienici. Si prega di chiudere le finestre e di spegnere luci e i climatizzatori ogni qualvolta si lascia la camera.

Risoluzione e allontanamento

Chiunque non si attenga a tutte queste elementari norme regolamentari, dovrà interrompere la permanenza nel nostro B&B, senza far appello a circostanze attenuanti. La direzione potrà demandare tale compito alle forze dell'ordine.
